Research on the Importance of Grounding in Language Models Accepted at the Findings of EMNLP 2023

We are excited to announce that a research paper, authored by researchers at the Rakuten Institute of Technology (RIT) along with an external collaborator from the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) has been accepted at the findings of EMNLP 2023. The paper explores the importance of grounding in language models, using color language, and finds that grounding is crucial for subjective and abstract descriptions.
