We are very proud to chare that Keiji Shinzato, one of Rakuten Institute of Technology’s researchers based in Boston, had his research published in Volume 25 Number 1 of Journal of Natural Language Processing.

The title of the paper in Japanese is “店舗レビューには何が書かれているか？―調査及び自動分類システムの開発―”, which roughly translates to “What is written in store reviews? -Research and development of an automatic classification system-“.
