With the various service, we are receiving constant customers feedback on our products from multiple channels. We are looking for research scientists to maximize customer satisfaction for Rakuten products by exploiting such customer feedback.

As a Research Scientist, you will utilize your expertise in machine learning to design, implement, and validate solutions for improving customer engagement.

Particularly, you will work closely with engineers and the business stakeholders to improve the performance of recommendation and personalization.

In addition, you will work closely with research communities by joining collaboration programs with universities, publishing papers, and contributing open-source release.
